Refund and Returns

All sales of our cold-pressed juices are final.

As our products are fresh, highly perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for food safety and quality control reasons.

Once an order leaves our facility, we are unable to verify the storage conditions, and therefore cannot restock or resell the product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly by offering a replacement or a store credit, where appropriate. Your satisfaction with the quality of our juice is our top priority.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
